Delivery Policy

Delivery availability
Toromi offers local delivery in select areas when capacity allows. If delivery is available for your address/date, it will appear as an option at checkout. Otherwise, your order is pickup-only.

Delivery windows
Delivery times are estimated. We’ll do our best to deliver within the selected window, but delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or high volume.

Accurate delivery details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address, delivery instructions, and a reachable phone number. If we can’t complete delivery due to incorrect details, no access, or no one available to receive the order, the order is treated as a missed delivery.

Order handoff & inspection
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery (as feasible) for correct items and visible damage. Once the order is handed off/received, it is considered accepted as-is.

Product care after delivery
Toromi is not responsible for damage or quality issues caused after delivery (e.g., heat exposure, tipping, delayed refrigeration).

No returns
All products are perishable. All sales are final—no returns or exchanges.

Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be offered only in exceptional scenarios, at our sole discretion (for example, if we cannot fulfill your order).
